First, we run a tight ship. We choose our promotions carefully and ensure every advertising dollar pays for itself; we streamline our systems and billing processes; we don't have any frills (like the $5,000 office chairs of some of the now bankrupt dot-coms). We also don't waste money on unnecessary things that add nothing to the ultimate product-GREAT WATER! We don't have any expensive superstores and all the overhead that goes with such retail locations. However, we do have a showroom in our manufacturing facility and service center located at 1209 Country Club Road in the Country Club Industrial Park located on the West Side of Indianapolis, Indiana. You are welcome to visit us from 8-5 Monday through Friday and Saturday 8-12.
Second, we're straight shooters. There are no tricks in what we do, just good, old-fashioned, reliable business principles. Quite often we're asked if we bait our customers with low rates and then charge higher prices. Anybody that expects us to do that will be disappointed. We believe in the old saying, "You can shear a sheep many times but you can only skin it once."
Third, we are the manufacturer or master distributor of every major product we sell. We buy direct and cut-out-the-middlemen. This alone saves us up to 60%, which we pass on to you.
Fourth, we have no commissioned salespeople. We know of several companies who pay 25% to 30% of the sale price to a salesperson. That seems obscene to us!
Fifth, We Will Not Be Undersold - If You Find a Comparable System at a Better Price, We Will Beat it by 5%! End of Story!
